Alright, alright… we admit it. We’ve been totally off our game lately, and this one came out way later than we had hoped for, but exactly when we’d predicted. But, we don’t talk about the show in the show notes so move along now… This week, we speculate a bit about what makes a movie good for the theater, whether movies have gotten worse in spite of the surprising number of great movies that came out in the last year, and if movies on the average are getting more average. We talk about the overall moviegoing experience and what might help to make it better. We also briefly touch on some snacking strategies, some sneaky theater tricks for increasing revenue, and reveal a deep, dark secret about JP’s movie-going habits. We then discuss an absolutely insane trans-continental race that involves a ridiculous amount of speeding across the country in a little over a day and a half. JP shares a bit about one of his New Year’s Resolutions — to learn Japanese. Steve learns nothing.Links:28 Days, 28 Films for Black…
