Get Back To Mindfulness ASAP!
The reality is, the world is going to keep you as far out of Mindfulness as possible! News, Commercials, and Social media will keep you so far out of your mind by telling you you’re not worth it! I want to give you three steps to get back to mindfulness in 1 hour a day! Step #1: Your morning routine should not include morning news, TV or any commercials. Step #2: Incorporate some sort of exercise! Step #3: Sit in silence and just listen!
